LEAGUE CUP DRAW: Holders Chelsea travel to Liverpool in quarter-finals | OneFootball

Subway Women’s League Cup holders Chelsea will travel to Liverpool in the quarter-finals of this season’s competition.

The draw took place live on the Barclays Women’s Super League’s official TikTok channel this evening. GK Barry and Portsmouth forward Ella Rutherford were tasked with conducting the draw.

Subway Women’s League Cup holders Chelsea face a tough start to their trophy defence. The Blues must go to Merseyside to face a Liverpool team that took a point from them in the league earlier this month. Elsewhere in the draw, Crystal Palace face Arsenal in Sutton, Tottenham Hotspur go to Manchester United and West Ham United play host to Manchester City.

In the semi-finals, the winners of the Crystal Palace and Arsenal tie will host either Manchester United or Tottenham Hostpur. The other semi-final will see West Ham United or Manchester City play host to Liverpool or Chelsea.

The four quarter-final ties are scheduled to be staged on 20/21 December 2025 while the semi-final ties will take place on 21/22 January 2026. This season’s Subway Women’s League Cup final will be contested across the weekend of 14/15 March 2026 with a venue to be revealed in due course.
