Leeds United enter a second week without club action, with 10 seniors away on international duty and tight turnarounds ahead of their return.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the Whites paused their survival fight with a goalless home draw against Brentford, beginning a 14-day break for the March window.
Thirteen were initially called up, though Ilia Gruev withdrew for personal reasons. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has also left England’s trimmed squad before Tuesday night’s second March friendly at home to Japan.
Joel Piroe’s push for a World Cup place with Suriname ended after last week’s defeat to Bolivia. One Leeds player faces a significant World Cup qualification decider on Tuesday night.
Upcoming senior fixtures include Anton Stach’s Germany v Ghana on Monday, 7.45pm kick-off, live on Amazon Prime PPV.
On Tuesday, Jaka Bijol is scheduled for Montenegro v Slovenia at 5pm, and Noah Okafor for Norway v Switzerland at 5pm.
Also on Tuesday, Ethan Ampadu, Joe Rodon and Karl Darlow are set for Wales v Northern Ireland at 7.45pm, live on BBC Three, BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport Website, BBC One NI, BBC One Wales, S4C and S4C Online.
Leeds also have youth internationals away in Jacob Howard with England under-17s, Luke Matykiewicz with Northern Ireland under-19s, Charlie Crew with Wales under-21s and Robbie Cook with Australia under-19s.
