Liverpool and PSG both reported to be in talks with Yan Diomande's camp | OneFootball

Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are both showing concrete interest in Yan Diomande, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian transfer insider reports that both clubs have already opened talks with the 19-year-old’s camp.

RB Leipzig are keen to keep Diomande beyond the summer, but could be tempted to sell if an extraordinary offer in excess of €100 million arrives for the young winger.

Should he remain at Leipzig, the 19-year-old is expected to sign a new deal on improved terms, which would include a release clause.

At a media roundtable earlier this month, Bulinews.com asked Diomande about the growing interest in him.

“Of course, if you imagine someone saying you have to go to Chelsea or Real Madrid to do this job, you’re going to be happy and motivated to do more,” Diomande said.

“But I don’t think about this kind of thing because I’m trying to be focused on the pitch. Because my job is playing football, I leave everything else outside the pitch. It gives me a lot of motivation to see clubs speak about me. I'm focused.”
