Mikel Arteta at Arsenal now is doing the same thing.

No, this is not about Klopp. He won't be coming back anytime soon. The chances of that are unlikely. However, there is a former coach who has confirmed he would be ready to return and take on his duties at the club again.
That coach is throw-in specialist Thomas Gronnenmark. The throw-in coach was employed by Liverpool under Klopp between 2018 and 2023 and then left the club.
