Liverpool not currently considering move for PSG star Bradley Barcola | OneFootball

Liverpool are unlikely to pursue a deal for Paris Saint-Germain star Bradley Barcola.

The Reds reportedly added Barcola to their list of attacking targets this summer, as they continue to face difficulties in their pursuit of Alexander Isak.

After Newcastle United rejected their first official bid for Isak, they were linked with Barcola and Real Madrid’s Rodrygo.

However, The Athletic claims they are not currently considering a move for the PSG winger.

The Reds reportedly rate Barcola highly, but are not expected to make a move, as that would affect the progress of academy product Rio Ngumoha.

Liverpool have been aggressive in the 2025 summer transfer window. They have spent more than £260 million to bring in Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong.

Despite the huge outlay, the Merseyside giants are prepared to make a record bid to sign Isak from Newcastle.

To remain compliant with the financial rules, Liverpool have made several big-money sales.

Caoimhin Kelleher, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jarell Quansah, Luis Diaz and Tyler Morton have all left Anfield, with Darwin Nunez also closing in on an exit.

Harvey Elliott could depart Liverpool as the club are currently locked in transfer discussions with RB Leipzig.
