Jayden Meghoma got another 80 minutes under his belt for Preston North End in the Championship, putting in another solid performance despite a 2-1 defeat to table-toppers Leeds United.

The 18-year-old, who has been playing at left-wing-back under manager Paul Heckingbottom, has showcased his abilities in defence and attack in recent weeks, gaining some valuable experience in the second tier.

Manor Solomon gave Leeds the lead at Elland Road on Saturday, before Meghoma's fellow wing-back Kaine Kesler-Hayden equalised.

Jayden Bogle scored the winner for the hosts soon after, with all three goals coming inside the opening 13 minutes.
