Lyon predicted XI v Young Boys: Endrick ineligible for Paulo Fonseca’s side | OneFootball

Endrick, who has started his time at Olympique Lyonnais excellently since joining on loan from Real Madrid, is ineligible to face Young Boys in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday evening. 

The Brazilian has already netted his first goal for Lyon, but his absence is a blow for Paulo Fonseca. Due to Endrick’s arrival, Martín Satriano was loaned out. It was thought that the former Stade Brestois forward would have limited game-time, but this would have been a good chance to utilise the centre-forward. Without him, there is no recognised centre-forward option tonight, with Rachid Ghezzal also ineligible. 

Hans Hateboer is also ineligible to play tonight, whilst Abner, Malick Fofana, and Ernest Nuamah are all still absent through injury. Moussa Niakhaté has yet to return from AFCON duty.
