Manchester United fell to another home defeat on Sunday as Brighton & Hove Albion ran out 3-1 winners at Old Trafford.
A long ball over the top saw Brighton open the scoring inside the first five minutes. Carlos Baleba's arrowed pass sent Kaoru Mitoma through and a simple squared pass to Yankuba Minteh led to a comfortable tap-in.
Bruno Fernandes tied things up from the penalty spot midway through the first half, but Brighton were back ahead on the hour mark when Mitoma tapped home at the back post, before another huge error from Andre Onana gifted Georginio Rutter the easiest goal of his career to put the game to bed midway through the second half.
The result leaves United 13th in the Premier League table, ten points clear of the relegation zone and 12 points adrift from the Champions League spots. Brighton, meanwhile, jump up to ninth.
