Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring Osimhen for some time, and with the summer transfer window nearing, speculation around the striker’s future is heating up.
According to a recent report from GIVE ME SPORT, Manchester United are starting to grow concerned about PSG’s increasing interest, with the French club now viewed as the frontrunner to land the 26-year-old.
PSG are reportedly preparing to meet both Osimhen’s wage demands and his £63 million release clause, giving them the financial edge in the race. The report also claims that United and Chelsea consider PSG to be their main rival in the pursuit.
However, The Athletic’s David Ornstein previously reported that Osimhen is not currently in United’s plans for the upcoming window—though that could be changing.

Foot Mercato reported on Monday that the Premier League is the only league capable of covering the incredible salary he’s demanding—€12 million per year. As a result, Manchester United could come out on top. Unhappy with its attacking options, the Red Devils’ board has drawn up a shortlist of four names for its future No. 9, per the report.
Moreover, the report claims that Osimhen is very keen in playing at Old Trafford. A recent meeting between the Nigerian striker’s camp and the club is a sign of United’s concrete interest in the current Super Lig top scorer.
The outlet adds that prying Osimhen away from Napoli will likely require a fee north of €75 million, bonuses included.
