Manchester United host Brighton and Hove Albion in a Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Saturday at 5.30pm.
Man Utd (3-4-2-1): Lammens; De Ligt, Maguire, Shaw; Diallo, Casemiro, Fernandes, Dalot; Mbeumo, Mount; Cunha.
The match will be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event.
After back-to-back victories, relieved Man Utd manager Ruben Amorim seems unlikely to make many changes to his team.
Patrick Dorgu may come into the side at wing-back, with Leny Yoro also pushing for a place in the defence. Manuel Ugarte has a small chance of replacing Casemiro in midfield, while Benjamin Sesko could get the nod in attack. However, the likelihood is the same XI who defeated Liverpool are entrusted again.
Lisandro Martinez has returned to training following a serious knee injury in February, but the Argentinian is still some way off earning a starting berth. His comeback from ACL surgery is likely to start from the bench some time in November.
Noussair Mazraoui and Ayden Heaven were doubts for the Anfield mission, but were fit enough for the bench. So they are two others options for Amorim if he opts to rotate his side to face Brighton.
Mason Mount and Matheus Cunha worked superbly together in the Liverpool match. Mount expertly linked midfield and attack, and Cunha roamed freely into areas which bamboozled the home defence. It would be a surprise should Amorim elect to split this dynamic duo.
Amorim was handed a vote of confidence by the Man Utd owners and told he would be given time to get things right at Old Trafford. And the last two results have lifted the mood considerably in the red half of Manchester.
A comfortable home victory over Sunderland was followed by a remarkable 2-1 triumph away to Liverpool. And beating their historical rivals at Anfield has injected a huge amount of confidence in the Red Devils.
There is a sense in the Old Trafford stands that this meeting with Brighton could be pivotal in terms of the rest of this season and for the Amorim era in general. Should Man Utd complete a quickfire hat-trick of Premier League victories and cement their position in the top half of the table, these former giants of English football may go on to fully awaken. Failure — well, certainly defeat — would crush the feelgood factor developing at the Theatre of Dreams.
Brighton have been difficult opponents for Man Utd in recent years, with the Seagulls winning six of the last seven Premier League meetings.
Man Utd look in good enough form to end the streak of failure, but the south-coast side will head north knowing their recent record at Old Trafford is excellent. A fascinating tussle seems in store. A high-scoring and entertaining match could be on the cards, with Man Utd perhaps edging to a narrow victory.
