Manchester City have supplied more players to the 2026 World Cup than any club, with 19 call-ups across 12 countries, a new all-time mark.

According to Globo.com, no other club has reached that total in a single edition, the previous best was Barcelona's 17 in 2022. Bayern Munich are next this month with 18 selections, also above the old record, with Neuer, Davies, Kimmich, Musiala and Tah among those heading to the finals for the Bavarians.

Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal are tied on 16 apiece. PSG, two-time Champions League winners, will send the likes of Marquinhos, Barcola, Doué, Lucas Hernández, Dembélé, Pacho and Hakimi. Arsenal, English champions after 22 years, set a club World Cup record, surpassing their 15 from 2006.

In total, 1,248 players have been called up from 454 different clubs. Real Madrid, the most decorated club in European Cup history, rank only 13th, level with four others.

Flamengo lead the Brazilian contingent in 18th with nine players, namely Brazilians Alex Sandro, Danilo, Léo Pereira and Lucas Paquetá, Uruguayans Guillermo Varela, De la Cruz and Giorgian De Arrascaeta, Ecuadorian Gonzalo Plata and Colombian Carrascal.

Palmeiras have seven representatives. Atlético-MG count four, while Grêmio and Internacional have two each. Athletico-PR, Botafogo, Bragantino, Corinthians, Fluminense, Santos, São Paulo and Vasco each have one player at the tournament.
