Vídeos OneFootball

Senne Lammens 7.5 – United’s best player, which says it all about the team’s performance against a struggling Wolves side. Made a brilliant stop with his legs to deny Hugo Bueno in the first half and then produced an excellent double save in the second to keep United level.

Ayden Heaven 7 – Another accomplished showing. Played a big role in the goal, winning the ball high up and breaking into the danger area before Joshua Zirkzee fired home to shed first blood. Combined well with Lisandro Martinez once again. Old Trafford crowd booed his withdrawal.

Lisandro Martinez 6.5 – A solid performance, showcasing the complete scope of his passing range through a number of excellent diagonal balls and well-weighted over-the-top deliveries.

Luke Shaw 6 – Decent. Looked to get more involved going forward as United pushed for the winner.

Diogo Dalot 4 – Didn’t offer much.

Manuel Ugarte 6 – Built on his encouraging performance against Newcastle. Showed marked improvement in his passing and even tested the keeper with an attempt on goal, though it was comfortably gathered by Jose Sa.

Casemiro 3 – Liability on the ball, recklessly gifting possession to the visitors with ill-advised passes. More concerning was his failure to shield the defence, which left them consistently vulnerable.

Patrick Dorgu 5 – Aimed a sublime cross to Benjamin Sesko and fired a shot at goal but that was just about it from him, having been restored to a wing-back position. Thought he had won it late on but his goal was ruled out for offside.

Joshua Zirkzee 7 – Overcame a slow start to produce a moment of brilliant footwork and score the goal that gave United the lead.

Matheus Cunha 4 – Poor. Largely peripheral throughout and unable to influence proceedings as his attempted actions consistently broke down.

Benjamin Sesko 4 – Spurned a series of golden chances that would have killed the game and secured a comfortable victory for United.

Substitutes

Jack Fletcher 5 – No impact despite replacing Zirkzee during the break.

Leny Yoro 6 – Slotted in defence for the dying embers of the match.

Bendito Mantato 6 – Came on alongside Yoro for his senior United debut. A proud moment for the youngster.
