In another interview with Piers Morgan, Cristiano Ronaldo was asked about the work of his compatriot Ruben Amorim at Manchester United. And the Portuguese superstar's answer was crystal clear: "He's doing his best. What can you do? Miracles. Miracles are impossible. In Portugal, we say: 'miracles only happen in Fatima...' And he won't work miracles."

CR7 added: "They have good players, but some of them still don't really understand what Manchester United represents. Personally, I'm sad because of the club, which is one of the most important in the world and one that remains close to my heart for obvious reasons. You need to surround yourself with smart people, with brilliant people, to build the foundations for the future, like Manchester United did so many years ago. Nicky Butt, Gary Neville, Roy Keane, David Beckham—they became great players, but they were young once. Manchester United right now has no structure. I hope that will change in the future, present or future, because the club's potential is incredible. It's one of the most important clubs of the century."

Asked if he still watches the Red Devils play, Ronaldo replied: "Of course. Of course, because I spent so many years there. I won the Champions League there, I won the Ballon d'Or there, I won 12, 13, 14 titles there. I repeat, Manchester United is always in my heart. I love this club. But we all have to be honest, look ourselves in the mirror and say: 'Listen, they're not on the right track.' So they need to change, and in my opinion, it's not just about the coach and the players."
