Manchester United: Rúben Amorim "wants to continue"

Under pressure after a tough start to the season, Rúben Amorim remains determined to continue his journey at Manchester United.

The Portuguese coach, who took over the club last autumn, has seen his team drop to 14th in the Premier League after six matches, but he flatly refuses to resign on his own accord. Speaking to Sky Sports, he said:

Sometimes I think about it, it's hard to lose, but it's the club's decision, not mine.

Amorim stays motivated to turn things around:

It's a dream to be here and I want to continue. I want to fight for this club.

His contract runs until summer 2027, with an option for an extra year, and the management appears ready to give him time to prove his potential.
