According to L'Équipe, Thomas Frank has informed the France Under-21 forward that he will again be omitted from Tottenham’s Champions League squad. He will not be involved in the final two matches, against Dortmund and Frankfurt.
It marks an unusual situation for the 20-year-old former Rennes forward at Spurs.

At the start of the season, the club chose not to register Tel on their Champions League list.
He was later added and played 32 minutes in the 3-0 win over Slavia Prague on 9 December.
Tel is under contract until 2031. He could leave Tottenham this winter, and the latest decision is not expected to encourage him to remain in London.
