With 2025 drawing to a close, year-end data shows Max Kilman is Wolverhampton’s most searched player despite his West Ham move.
According to Molineux.news, FBref’s year in review lists Kilman as the leading search in the city. The site collates popular player look-ups by region.
It has been a mixed year for Wolves. From January to May, Vitor Pereira steered them clear of relegation. After a terrible summer window, they are back in the relegation mix.
Kilman, a former captain who left in summer 2024, still draws attention locally. Elsewhere, the only Wolves connection is ex-player Vitinha, now at PSG, who tops searches in the Brasilia region of Brazil.
His West Ham switch has not gone as he would have hoped. Julen Lopetegui, who had worked with him at Molineux, signed him for around £40 million, then was sacked within months. West Ham had European success a few years before he arrived, yet have been a bottom-half side alongside Wolves since, could join Wolves in relegation this season, and West Ham fans have labelled him one of their worst signings.
