Timothy Fayulu heads abroad to Armenia

A new club adventure awaits Timothy Fayulu. The Congolese goalkeeper was officially loaned out by FC Sion to FC Noah this Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

This season, the 26-year-old shot-stopper will ply his trade in Armenia. His Swiss club announced the move via their official X account.

"FC Sion officially announces the loan of Timothy Fayulu to Armenian side FC Noah. The 26-year-old goalkeeper joins the team currently sitting fifth in the Armenian league, on loan until the end of the current season," the Swiss club stated.

According to the same statement, the last line of defense will also have the chance to compete in the Conference League group stage.

Let’s not forget that the Geneva native is currently in camp with the Leopards, preparing for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Sudan and Senegal.
