Messi starts for Argentina against Austria at 19:00 in their second World Cup match. After his hat-trick in the 3-0 win over Algeria on Tuesday, he is tied with Miroslav Klose on 16 goals and would set the record outright with another.
According to L'Équipe, Lionel Scaloni has kept almost the same XI for this game, with one change. Nahuel Molina starts at right-back in place of Gonzalo Montiel, having come on at half-time against Algeria.
