MIAMI — The 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup has concluded, with Cruz Azul winning a record-tying seventh trophy. Many players delivered outstanding performances, yet these eleven stood out the most in their respective positions.

Goalkeeper

Kevin Mier, Cruz Azul Winner of the Best Goalkeeper Award, Mier was a key figure for the champions with nine saves and four clean sheets in seven appearances.

Defenders

Noah Allen, Inter Miami CF – Recipient of the Young Player Award, presented by Aramco, the 21-year-old defender featured in eight matches, including six starts, and recorded a 91.7% tackle success rate with a total of 11 tackles won, 17 clearances, nine interceptions, and five blocks.

Willer Ditta, Cruz Azul Ditta had the second most pass attempts, 469, with an exceptional 90.6% pass accuracy and 77.8% accuracy in the opponents' half. He also provided 22 clearances, nine tackles won with a 90.0% tackle success rate, two blocks, and four interceptions.

Gonzalo Piovi, Cruz Azul No player had more passes than Piovi in the 2025 edition, with 473 attempts, with an impressive 87.5% pass accuracy, and a 76.9% in the opponents' half. The defender shined with 27 clearances, 12 tackles won, three blocks, seven interceptions, and one assist.

Carlos Rotondi, Cruz Azul Rotondi was one of the most effective players on both sides of the ball, co-leading the 2025 edition with three assists and contributing one goal, nine successful crosses, 12 tackles won, six clearances, three interceptions.

Midfielders

Ignacio Rivero, Cruz Azul Rivero was one of the most active players in attack with 20 shots attempted, the fifth most of the 2025 edition. He contributed one goal, two assists, seven key passes, on top of 10 clearances, eight tackles won, and four interceptions.

Sebastian Berhalter, Vancouver Whitecaps FC – Berhalter was a key piece of Whitecaps FC’s run to the final with 14 chances generated, the third most of any player, and three goals and two assists.

Juan Brunetta, Tigres UANL – Brunetta generated three assists, co-leader of the tournament, and 15 chances, the second most in the 2025 edition. He also contributed one goal, nine shots on target, and twelve key passes.

Carlos Rodríguez, Cruz Azul Rodríguez had one goal and one assist for the champions, while also contributing 11 key passes, three clearances, and seven interceptions.

Forwards

Brian White, Vancouver Whitecaps FC – White had clutch performances throughout the tournament, helping Whitecaps FC reach the final with five goals.

Ángel Sepúlveda, Cruz Azul Winner of the Top Goal Scorer Award, presented by Aramco, Sepúlveda struck nine times for Cruz Azul, including a brace in the Final, to deliver La Séptima for the Cementeros.
