Moan returned to United last summer, having left back in 2019, and has been an ever-present in the Barclays Women's Championship this term, making 19 appearances.
United are still capable of finishing in the top three in their debut campaign in the second tier, and while Moan would have liked even more shut-outs, the Newcastle number one has been satisfied with her own displays.
"There have been more than enough challenges for me, both on and off the pitch," she admitted. "I've had a lot to deal with and come through, but I'm really proud of what I've achieved.
"I know in myself that every time I've gone out on the pitch, and given 100 per cent effort for myself and my team-mates.
"If I'm being honest, I'm not too happy with just seven clean sheets in all competitions because I'm always wanting more from myself."
Newcastle have remained competitive all season, and Becky Langley's side will be looking to finish the campaign on a four-game unbeaten run.
Moan believes a high league placing in the Women's Championship would be seen as a big achievement after back-to-back promotions over the past two campaigns.
"I’ve been in this league for about four seasons now, so I know how competitive the league can be," she said.
"The fact that we can still finish in the top three would be a massive achievement for this football club, given how competitive it is.
"It's obviously disappointing that only one team goes up, because it's such a tough battle all season."
The Lasses only faced off against Blackburn in the reverse fixture two weeks ago, but standards are high following that 6-0 victory at Kingston Park.
Moan, however, is not looking back on that home win too much and instead is insisting on keeping a level head, admitting anything could happen at Ewood Park on the final day of the season.
"I never like to get ahead of myself going into any game, and this weekend is no different," she said. "Of course, we won the reverse fixture, but this is football; anything can happen.
"We're going away from home, playing on a grass pitch and certainly won't be taking them lightly. We'll head into the game professionally and look to get the job done.
"To be successful in this league you've got to be consistent, and if we can finish off going four games unbeaten, then that's something to build on going into next season.
"We know that next season we need to be more consistent, and we can start by laying the foundations this Sunday by keeping a clean sheet and being effective in the final third."
