Girona has once again demonstrated why Montilivi has become an impregnable fortress. A narrow victory (1-0) against Osasuna in an extremely balanced and hard-fought match by both teams.

Osasuna stepped onto the field with the clear intention of taking all three points from Montilivi and came out aggressively from the start. The first half was so evenly matched that neither team had clear chances.
