According to L'Équipe, Montpellier sacked coach Yannick Chandioux on Tuesday. The club are 12th and bottom of Arkema Première Ligue.
The Montpellier Hérault women's section was sold last autumn and has since endured a serious slump in results.

Chandioux, 50, had been in charge since 2021. His replacement will be announced later.
Montpellier have been in the top flight since 1997.
A 1-2 defeat to Le Havre on Saturday added to their difficulties.
