FIXTURES:

Really frustrating for the Scotland fans to see the big guns finally turning up with minutes remaining.

This time it's McGinn with a superb cross from the left but McTominay can't connect.

Now he's playing with some determination. A cracking shot hits the side netting, with fans crying out thinking it went in.

Oh McTominay surely has to do better than that to stay on his feet. He receives the ball in the box near the penalty spot and Neil El Aynaoui steps in.

The Napoli star would have felt the contact, but went over a little easy.

More stat crunching while we wait for someone to do something on the pitch.

Here's a look at the opportunity!

Diaz has a quick run toward goal on the right side and is through, but he opts not to gift the ball left to his team-mate who is wide open. Wasted chance.

For any stat nerds out there, Brazil (our next game) have started an average XI of 30 years and 190 days, its oldest team in a FIFA World Cup since the 1962 final.

Cameras catch a very frustrated McTominay mouthing off as we enter the second hydration break.

Oh we've finally had a shot here! It's Christie with the attempt going over the bar but Scotland had a little life there.

Tierney appears to have picked up a knock. On comes Ben Gannon-Doak.

Fans are trying to liven things up here with a little bagpipe action.

So much so that he's had an attempt hit off the woodwork. Scotland, it appears luck is on your side.

Saibari showing he's hungry for a second here!

Referee takes a listen through his equipment but play goes on.

Neil El Aynaoui steps across McGinn in the box taking him down, and Scotland want a penalty.

Ugh oh, some confusion here as the men in blue swarm the referee.

SECOND HALF UNDERWAY!

No changes from either side as we begin the second 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti has announced his starting XI for Brazil

This time around for the South American giants, we have Danilo replacing Ibañez and Matheus Cunha taking Igor Thiago's place.

HALF-TIME: Scotland 0-1 Morocco

Not much to separate the sides, but there's a stark difference between the two approaches on the pitch. Second half next.

Seattle, the soccer city.

We have the first attempt from Scotland but Super John McGinn can't connect on Andy Robertson's cross. What a way that would've been to get back into this.

We have five minutes here added on before the break.

Some of the upcoming action will be played here. Expect jogo bonito!

Bilal El Khannouss has a chance to turn things 2-0 but skies his effort over the bar.

Steve Clarke rightfully frustrated, however, as Scotland should have earned a free-kick in the build up.

We saw a flash of action from Scott McTominay, McGinn and Christie but it was exactly that. A flash.

Eyo look who is here!

Issa Diop shown a yellow card for preventing Scotland to make a run towards goal. But the men in blue can't do anything from the subsequent free-kick.

Real Madrid showing up.

John McGinn now trying to get involved here.

Scotland have registered 40 passes so far to Morocco's 148 after 15 minutes, for those who haven't been able to watch.

Sitting alongside a top name in an exclusive list!

CHANCE!

Ryan Christie is bundled over and wants the free-kick, but Morocco make the most of gaining possession. Two players in the box just miss a chance to connect for 2-0.

Here's a look at how it went down.

It arrives 71 seconds from kick off. Shocker!

GOAL! Scotland 0-1 Morocco - 2'

That's the quickest goal of the tournament so far! What a strike by Ismael Saibari, from a tight angle on the right side of the net.

KICK OFF!

The Tartan Army are here to cheer their side on to a spot in the knockouts, while Morocco will want to go top of the group.

Anthems are over for Scotland and Morocco. Here we go in a minute!

And here's the Australian boss with some honest thoughts after the game.

Soccer: 1. Football: 0?

Here's a look at what's coming up next. This will be tasty, surely.

And a clutch one!

Did you know it's the first time the USA have won their first two group stage matches at the World Cup since 1930?

Chris Richards was on one today for the USMNT.

FULL TIME! USA 2-0 AUSTRALIATwo wins from two for the US, who qualify for the round of 32 with absolute ease.

Another great afternoon for Mauricio Pochettino and his team.

Gio Reyna scored a fantastic goal off the bench against Paraguay and has about two minutes to do so again.

Coventry star Haji Wright is also on for his World Cup debut.

Balogun goes off to a standing ovation, as does McKennie.

America is finding new heroes by the game right now.

Another delay as referee Felix Zwayer goes down with cramp!

He seems to be okay to finish the game which receive a lot of claps from the fans.

Into six minutes of added time in Seattle, some of which can be contributed to three cards handed out after a brief coming together between the teams.

The US are on the brink of winning their first two games at a World Cup for just the second time!

And here is Morocco's starting XI!

Scotland and Morocco is our next game and the teams are in...

Here is how Steve Clarke's men line up!

Just over five minutes plus added time to go.

Penalty claims are waived away as the US defend in numbers.

They really won't want to let Australia back into this or lose out on their clean sheet.

Australia's third corner comes to nothing and their minds must already be turning to their crucial final group clash with Paraguay.

A point there should see them through but they might need a helping hand from today's opponents too.

Bon Jovi blaring around the stadium and the fans are loving it.

Back underway now with roughly 25 minutes (including added time) to go for the US.

Can Australia muster anything?

The second hydration break is here and it's nothing more than a delay in the inevitable.

The US have been impressive once again and Pochettino's popularity continues to grow. The country is fully behind the team.

The US could be in a position where they can rest their star players for the last game depending on the result in the other group game later.

A draw would make their game with Türkiye a non-event from their point of view.

Australia haven't had a shot since the opening 10 minutes.

Anything close to a comeback is a remote possibility.

Balogun goes through on goal but his second touch is poor, allowing a defender to get in and deflect the ball over for a corner. All America.

The US are just one goal away from equalling their best-ever goals tally at a World Cup - seven - set at the very first tournament in 1930.

Tony Popovic has unsurprisingly changed things up at the break, making three substitutions.

Scorers against Türkiye Nestory Irankunda and Connor Metcalfe, as well as Jason Geria, are on for Mohamed Touré, Nishan Velupillay and the unlucky Cameron Burgess.

BACK UNDERWAY!

Can Australia do anything to stop the US from progression?

HALF TIME!

The US are in absolute control at the break and on course for the round of 32.

USA MAKE IT 2-0!

A free-kick is played to the edge of the box for McKennie to strike towards goal.

His effort is deflected into the path of Alex Freeman, who does very well to get to the ball and head home.

There's an offside check but the goal is given. Awful defending from the Aussies but the US do not care. Party time in Seattle!

The water seems to have helped the Aussies but the US remain on top and it wouldn't be a surprise if they struck again before half-time.

And we're back after that brief intermission.

Our first water break is met with fierce boos. Unsurprising.

Captain Harry Souattar is the danger man at 6 foot 6 inches but after Australia force a second corner, they commit a foul and all their hard work comes to nothing.

Brilliant defending from Alex Freeman to get a foot to an Aussie cross.

They now have their first corner. Can they do something with it?

The Socceroos have had little to nothing in the US half, and are second to almost every ball right now.

Australia need to be careful or this could go the way of the US's opener.

They are playing at a fantastic pace once again.

GOAL! USA TAKE THE LEAD!

It's been coming and the co-hosts are on fire again!

Balogun sets off down the left and puts a dangerous ball into the box.

Australia defender Cameron Burgess tries to clear it but can only put it into his own net.Seattle is alive!

More good work from McKennie sees him link up with Sergiño Dest down the right.

Dest's shot is blocked but the US are, again, looking a threat whenever they go forward.

Weston McKennie does very well to fashion a cross in from the right.

His ball into the box is brilliant but there's a foul and Australia have a free kick.

Party atmosphere here. Both set of fans have a lot to sing about.

Slack passing at the back from the US allows Mohamed Touré the first shot of the game.

From a tight angle, he warms the palms of Matt Freese.

The temperature is actually cooler than other locations so we could be in for a fast-paced game here.

KICK OFF!

And we're off! Can one of these sides secure the win that will see them progress to the round of 32 with a game to spare?

Moments away from kick off.

A rip-roaring rendition of the Star Spangled banner from the USMNT and the vast majority of the fans here.

Seattle is more than ready for this one.

The two teams are walking out to a packed stadium in Seattle in what is the first USA game in the city in a decade.

Unsurprisingly, the weather is absolutely glorious but the weather shouldn't be a real issue for either side.

How will America get on without their star player? He came off at half-time in the 4-1 hammering of Paraguay.

Folarin Balogun was the star of the show there, scoring twice, and he'll be needed again today!

Here's the Socceroos XI and, surprisingly, both of their scorer's in their opening round win have been dropped to the bench!

The US team is out and Pulisic has not been passed fit to play!

The USMNT have arrived and we will have team news shortly.

Will Christian Pulisic be fit enough to start and captain the stars and stripes?

Hello and welcome to our coverage of today's World Cup group fixtures.

The US are back in action as they take on Australia in Seattle with both countries looking to book their place in the round of 32 with a win.

Afterwards, Group C takes centre stage with Scotland looking to make it two wins from two against Morocco and progress to the knockout stages.

Brazil then take on Haiti in a game that Carlo Ancelotti's side really should have little problem winning.

Türkiye and Paraguay clash in the late game with both countries requiring a result after opening round losses.
