The injury crisis at Napoli is growing rapidly, as they are missing Leonardo Spinazzola, Mathias Olivera, Amir Rrahmani and Alessandro Buongiorno against Milan.
It kicks off at San Siro on Sunday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
The Partenopei are the only remaining team in Serie A with a 100 per cent record after four rounds, but that could be at risk, as they are decimated for this big match.

Coach Antonio Conte confirmed in his press conference that central defenders Rrahmani and Buongiorno were both unavailable for this trip.
However, the situation deteriorated with news that Spinazzola and Olivera are not going to make the journey to Milan either.
This is particularly galling, as they are alternatives to each other at left-back, leaving them significantly short-staffed there.

Romelu Lukaku of course is a long-term absentee and not expected back until November due to a torn thigh muscle.
It therefore remains to be seen who can play at left-back, with Juan Jesus and Sam Beukema presumably the picks in central defence.
