Napoli are looking at Roma in the event of Lorenzo Lucca’s departure, with Nottingham Forest and Benfica still interested.
As a potential replacement for the former Udinese striker, Napoli are also evaluating Evan Ferguson, in addition to Artem Dovbyk, with the Irishman among their options.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Ferguson could become a real possibility for the Italian champions if the Giallorossi decide to end his loan from Brighton, a scenario that would open the player up for sale.
The 2004-born player could leave Roma once the club secures its attacking targets, a necessary condition to unlock potential outgoings and redefine strategies.
Napoli’s evaluation remains tied to Lucca’s possible departure and Roma’s decisions regarding the Irish striker’s future.
Roma is continuing negotiations for Joshua Zirkzee and Giacomo Raspadori, but has also set its sights on Robinio Vaz.
