Napoli make offer for Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa | OneFootball

Serie A side Napoli are keen on bolstering their squad and have come forward for Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa.

The winger has failed to break into the Reds’ first-team this season and there have been links with a move back to Italy for many months now.

La Gazzetta dello Sport‘s Carlo Laudisa has reported that while Napoli are working on a move for Kevin de Bruyne, Chiesa is also a key target.

The Partenopei have already held talks with Liverpool executives for the move and have made an offer. They have offered an initial loan deal with the option to buy, with the Reds currently looking at an obligation to buy.

Chiesa is appealed by the idea of a move to Serie A and he wants to play in the Champions League once again. The Italian wants to play for the Azzurri and playing in Serie A can give him the chance to do just that once again.
