Napoli are still in contention to acquire the services of 21-year-old Spanish full-back Juanlu Sanchez, who is currently in a meeting with Sevilla and his agent to discuss his future, but the Partenopei must raise their offer to beat off competition from Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Having already brought in Kevin De Bruyne, Sam Beukema, Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, Noa Lang, Lorenzo Lucca and Luca Marianucci this summer, Napoli are still looking at adding to their playing staff, particularly at full-back to compete with captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo.
Napoli’s have been expressing an interest in the young Spaniard for well over a month, but have been ‘on hold’ for several weeks while working on other targets.

The Partenopei must raise their offer, which has not yet exceeded the €15m mark, if they are to beat Wolves to Juanlu’s signing.
With the right-back currently in a meeting with his club and agent to discuss his future, Napoli must get their act together if they are to secure an understudy to Di Lorenzo.
If Napoli are able to strike a deal with Sevilla, then it is also likely that Alessandro Zanoli will become available for transfer.
