Scott McTominay is Napoli’s major concern at the moment due to the Scotsman’s latest injury a few days prior Napoli-Roma.
With only five days to go until the two teams meet at the Diego Maradona stadium, McTominay is nursing an apparent ankle injury suffered while on international duty.
