Chelsea will lock horns with Liverpool at Anfield this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Blues suffered a dismal 3-1 loss at the hands of Nottingham Forest recently, so they would be desperate to put in a good showing this weekend.
The West London club will set themselves up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and are expected to field their strongest XI for this game. Pedro Neto is a slight concern ahead of this game, but should get the nod to play from the start of this clash.
Robert Sanchez will be in a race against time to be fit for this game. He is expected to feature in goal for the Blues after conceding three goals in his last appearance. Trevoh Chalobah will operate alongside Tosin Adarabioyo at the centre of the Chelsea backline as they look to keep a good shape on the defensive end of the field.
Malo Gusto will try to prove his value as the right-back, while Marc Cucurella looks to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to perform their defensive duties well before they try to offer some support to their teammates up top.
Jorrel Hato and Levi Colwill will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia will anchor the midfield for the Blues as they focus on winning the 50-50 battles in the middle of the park.
The gifted trio of Pedro Neto, Enzo Fernandez and Cole Palmer will operate just ahead of them as part of the Chelsea attack. All three of them need to link up with each other well if the Blues are to secure a good result this weekend.
Andrey Santos and Dario Essugo will have to be content with a place on the bench as they wait for their chance to impress in the second 45 minutes if required.
Joao Pedro will spearhead Chelsea’s attack up top. He has to find a way to be a real threat in the final third.
Liam Delap will make up the numbers on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter if needed.
