Khvitcha Kvaratskhelia and Nuno Mendes avoided bookings in PSG’s 2-0 win over Liverpool, preserving their eligibility for the Champions League semi-finals.

L'Équipe reports that no PSG player will be suspended for the last four. Both had been one booking from a ban after two cautions earlier in the competition.

Mendes went off injured before half-time on Tuesday but was not cautioned. PSG will face Bayern Munich or Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

Among PSG’s potential opponents, several key players are under the threat of suspension before a possible first leg. That list includes Real Madrid’s Jude Belingham, Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappé, plus Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.

Yellow card totals will be reset after the quarter-finals.
