Alexander Bah has been named again in Denmark's squad for June friendlies, maintaining his status under head coach Brian Riemer. According to Glorioso 1904, it is official, even though Denmark will not be at the 2026 World Cup.

On the third of June Denmark face the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Belgium, a Group K opponent of Portugal. They then return home to meet Ukraine on the seventh in Odense.

Despite a serious recent injury, the right back is considered central to the side's balance. He is noted for leadership, organisation and influence, and was recently criticised by Tomás da Cunha.

For Benfica this season, Bah has made nine appearances, all in Liga Portugal Betclic. Across 477 minutes, he has scored two goals.

He is valued at nine million euros.
