Francesco Camarda has signed a new deal with Milan.

Camarda is widely regarded as one of the biggest young talents in Italy. After breaking records in the Rossoneri youth sector, Francesco spent a year at Lecce last season on loan, where he did well but struggled with a shoulder injury in the second half of the campaign.

Milan have every intention of keeping their 18-year-old jewel and today (Friday) they announced he’s signed a new deal:

“AC Milan is delighted to announce the renewal of Francesco Camarda’s contract until 30 June 2031, plus a one year club option.

“A product of the Rossoneri youth academy, which he joined at the age of 7, Francesco completed his development with the Primavera and Milan Futuro sides, before making his First Team debut. Last season, on loan at Lecce, he played in Serie A, making 23 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 1 assist, before returning to AC Milan.

“AC Milan and Francesco Camarda will continue their journey together, with the ambition to grow and reach new milestones.”
