The group of players set to be depended upon by La Liga giants Real Madrid to get the better of Arsenal this evening has been unveiled online.
And it features some altogether noteworthy changes.
Real Madrid are of course primed to return to action in short order.
Shifting focus back towards matters on the continent, Los Blancos have welcomed Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal to Spain’s capital, for the 2nd leg of the Champions League quarter-final tie between the clubs.
The evening’s hosts head into the matchup requiring a minor miracle to advance to the competition’s final four, following a three-goal drubbing at The Emirates last week.
And as alluded to above, a short time ago, the XI of players chosen by Carlo Ancelotti and his coaching staff to set about securing another famous ‘remontada’ was revealed.
Stepping back in are both Lucas Vázquez and Aurélien Tchouaméni, shifting Federico Valverde back into midfield, and Luka Modrić to the bench.
