Official | Paris FC striker Willem Geubbels to undergo Lecce medical

Paris FC striker Willem Geubbels (24) will undergo a medical with US Lecce in the next hours, as announced by the Serie A side. “Willem Geubbels will land at 3:15pm at Brindisi airport and will then undergo medical tests”, US Lecce said. The 24-year-old will leave the French capital only a year after signing a five-year deal with the Arnault-backed Ligue 1 side. Le Parisien understands that Paris FC and Lecce agreed to a €5m deal. Geubbels is set to sign a five-year deal with I Salentini.

Geubbels barely made his mark with Paris FC last season, logging only five goals in 27 games played in all competitions. Paris FC already had his replacement lined up in Lassine Sinayoko. The Malian international signed a three-year deal with Paris FC.
