Rayo Vallecano have on Friday announced a piece of completed transfer business with La Liga rivals Valencia.

This comes amid confirmation of Fran Pérez putting pen to paper on terms with the former.

Winger Fran for his part played something of a bit-part role in the colours of Valencia this past season.

Whilst the 22-year-old did manage a respectable 26 La Liga appearances, just four of these outings came in the form of starts.

Speculation, in turn, had long been in circulation that Fran could be available for transfer at the right price this summer.

And as alluded to above, late this week, as much has been confirmed.

As per statements across the respective social media platforms of Rayo Vallecano and Valencia, the talented young winger has made the move to Vallecas on a permanent basis.

Fran has put pen to paper on a contract with Rayo through the summer of 2030.
