One of the most highly anticipated fixtures in the Serie A calendar is upon us.

Defending champions Inter will look to extend their three-game winning streak in all competitions under Ivan Juric’s side.

Indeed, Simone Inzaghi oversaw back-to-back league wins on the stroke of October’s international break.

The Nerazzurri saw off Udinese and Torino in a pair of high-scoring matches to close the gap on table-topping Napoli.

Only two points separate the two likeliest title candidates ahead of the first post-international break round.

With Antonio Conte’s team heading to Empoli, Inter cannot afford a slip-up in the capital.

However, beating Roma at the Olimpico is no small feat.

That said, Inzaghi’s troops have got the better of the Giallorossi in their last three league meetings in the capital.

Davide Massa To Referee Roma Vs Inter Milan Serie A Match – Di Bello In VAR Room

As aforementioned, the referee for Sunday’s handsomely-looking contest will be Davide Massa.

The 43-year-old’s assistants in his duties will be Ciro Carbone and Giorgio Peretti.

Meanwhile, Ermanno Feliciani will be the fourth official.

In the VAR booth, Marco Di Bello will oversee the match to make sure that none of the on-pitch officials’ errors go unnoticed.

Di Bello’s assistant in the VAR room will be Aleandro Di Paolo.

Inter will be out to maintain their rich vein of form against Roma and stay within striking distance of Napoli.

The Giallorossi are still a ‘work in progress’ after parting with Daniele De Rossi in September.

But the European hopefuls can draw confidence from Juric’s unbeaten league start at the helm.
