Official: Sassuolo sign Adzic, but Juventus retain buy back option | OneFootball

Juventus have officially loaned Vasilije Adzic to Sassuolo with an option to buy for €12m, but the Bianconeri retain a counter-option to bring him back.

As always with the Bianconeri, they have to present precise financial details of every transfer, as they are floated on the stock exchange.

It is therefore confirmed that Sassuolo paid €0.5m to have Adzic on loan for the 2026-27 campaign.

They also have an option to make that move permanent worth €12m, payable over four instalments, then sign a contract to June 2031.

However, Juventus retain a buy-back clause that can be activated for €1.7m at the end of this season.

The Montenegro international only celebrated his 20th birthday in May and came to Juve from Buducnost Podgorica in the summer of 2024 for €7.2m plus add-ons.

He scored one goal in 26 appearances for the senior Juventus squad, while also netting four times with two assists in just 10 games for the Next Gen side.
