Official: Schalke confirm signing of Robin Gosens | OneFootball

FC Schalke 04 have officially announced the signing of Robin Gosens from Fiorentina. The Germany international arrives on an initial loan deal, with the agreement including clauses that could make the move permanent.

The 32-year-old returns to the Bundesliga following his stint with Union Berlin, though he enjoyed his most successful spells in Serie A with Atalanta, Inter Milan and, most recently, Fiorentina. His arrival adds a wealth of top-level experience and leadership to Schalke’s squad ahead of the new season.

Gosens also expressed his enthusiasm after completing the move.

Gosens will wear the number 8 shirt for Schalke.
