Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu has decided to start Ange-Yoan Bonny and Marcus Thuram in attack against Bologna. This evening’s Supercoppa Italiana clash kicks off at 20:00 CEST in Saudi Arabia.
Inter head into the Supercoppa clash with a potential final on the line against Napoli, who beat Milan 2-0 last night.
The Nerazzurri will be looking to continue their good run of form against an equally impressive Bologna side.
Chivu continues to face a number of absences, most notably of Denzel Dumfries, yet Hakan Calhanoglu is set to return to the bench.

Dumfries has recently undergone surgery and Chivu has chosen Luis Henrique to once again play on the right.
After his move from Marseille in the summer, the Brazilian initially struggled to settle.
However, recent improvements in form have seen Chivu settle on the Brazilian as the ‘stop-gap’ with Dumfries out.
On the opposite flank, Dimarco returns to the left, after being rested for Carlos Augusto in the last match.
In midfield, Calhanoglu is set to return to the bench after his injury layoff.
Meanwhile, Zielinski will start again as regista in the Turkish star’s place.
Indeed, symbolic as Chivu’s squad continues to offer depth and versatility.

One of the major pre-match talking points was focused on Chivu’s front line.
The Inter coach has four impressive forwards at his disposal but has decided to rest captain and top scorer Lautaro Martinez.
Instead, French duo Bonny and Thuram will lead the line: a pairing the Romanian coach has not relied too heavily on this season.
For Chivu, Bonny has largely played the role of Thuram’s deputy this season.
When the former Monchengladbach forward suffered a thigh injury, Bonny stepped in and impressed with his performances.
Now, it is Lautaro’s turn to sit out and, rather than turning to Pio Esposito in the first instance, the coach has gone with the Frenchmen.
