Olympiakos ‘want’ Wolves’ Jose Sa as West Brom man linked with loan | OneFootball

Olympiakos are said to be interested in Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa, while West Brom’s Alfie Gilchrist is being linked with a loan.

The Greek club reportedly view Sa as a potential replacement for Kontantis Tzolakis, who has drawn Premier League attention. Sa, 33, is in the final year of his contract at Molineux. He made 122 appearances for Olympiakos before joining Wolves in 2021, and has since played 170 times for the Old Gold, keeping 40 clean sheets.

Sky Sports News reports Portsmouth and Blackburn Rovers are considering Gilchrist as a loan option this summer. However, Portsmouth commentator Andrew Moon said on X that Pompey are not in the race.

The 22-year-old signed for West Brom from Chelsea last summer and made 15 appearances in all competitions last season. He scored once in 17 games for Chelsea and played 32 times on loan at Sheffield United in 2024-25.

Unai Emery and Aston Villa have approved Andres Garcia’s loan to Getafe, according to Marca. The outlet claims Garcia has arrived in Spain, with an announcement expected within hours after he snubbed Valencia. The 23-year-old has played 13 Premier League games for Villa since joining from Levante in 2025.

Villa are also interested in Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara as they seek to replace Youri Tielemans after his £35 million move to Manchester United, Sporx reports. The report says Villa plan a £25.6 million bid for the 27-year-old, who scored 21 in 93 for Norwich City between 2022 and 2024. Sara has eight goals in 87 appearances over the past two years in Türkiye and made his Brazil debut earlier this year.
