Oskar Pietuszewski praised for bravery and toughness among senior players | OneFootball

FC Porto’s second winter signing, Oskar Pietuszewski, is awaiting FIFA clearance to train, then to make an official debut. According to O Jogo, the winger has already added to the club’s Polish contingent at the Dragão.

Nené, the Azorean midfielder who won the title in Poland and finished the season with China’s Yunnan Yukun, helped introduce Pietuszewski to first team football at Jagiellonia. He watched the youngster emerge there at just 16.

The former team-mate says Pietuszewski shows bravery in his game but still needs to improve his decision-making. He believes Porto is the right place for that development.

He also considers the winger ready for senior dressing rooms, noting he copes well with the tougher treatment from older players.

Nené is now set to join Johor FC in Malaysia.
