Palmeiras plan Allianz Parque pitch check on Tuesday before Mirassol return

Palmeiras will return to Allianz Parque against Mirassol on 15 March at 18:30 Brasília time in the sixth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. The first nine home fixtures were staged at Arena Barueri while the pitch was replaced.

According to Nosso Palestra, the club are finalising plans to hold a familiarisation session on the new surface on Tuesday nine March.

With concerts at the venue and a trip to Rio to face Vasco on Thursday 12 March, the squad are expected to train at the stadium only once before their comeback.

The stadium is set to operate at full capacity for its 2026 debut.

Allianz Parque will host Luan Santana concerts on 13 and 14 March.

Despite those events, the event organiser and WTorre will dismantle the structures in time for Palmeiras v Mirassol the following day.
