While Dybala continues his recovery from a knee injury in an attempt to return for the final part of the season, Argentina is increasingly interested in a possible return to his homeland.
Leandro Paredes, Dybala’s former teammate at Trigoria, is the spokesperson for Boca Juniors’ interest.
In an interview with the official Conmebol Libertadores channels, he made no secret of his desire to see the current Roma number 21 wear the Xeneizes jersey.
Paredes explained: “It would be a dream for me. He’s also very enthusiastic. He has a dream to realize, the same as his father. There are many factors at stake that will lead him to decide whether or not to come.”
“He’ll have his reasons for doing so or not. For my part, I hope this dream comes true, because it would be very important for everyone.”
