Pedro Raul teed up Breno Bidon to secure Corinthians a draw with São Paulo, his first goal involvement since returning and his third assist for the club.
According to Meu Timao, late on Sunday the ball broke to the striker on the edge of the area. He laid it into Bidon’s path and the midfielder guided a left-foot finish past goalkeeper Rafael to level at Neo Química Arena.
The assist puts Pedro Raul on Corinthians’ 2026 assists chart. He joins Vitinho and Ryan on one apiece, their passes coming in the 3-0 win over Ponte Preta in the Paulista opener. Ryan is close to being announced by Fortaleza.
Back from a loan at Ceará, where he was a key reference for the team, the number 18 came off the bench against Ponte Preta and São Paulo, and started against Red Bull Bragantino in a side full of players seeking opportunities.
Signed in 2024 from Toluca in a deal renegotiated by Corinthians, he now has four goals and three assists in 42 appearances, 15 of them starts.
Dorival Júnior’s side visit Santos at Vila Belmiro on Thursday 22 at 19:30, in round four of the state championship.
