Pep Guardiola and Sergio Busquets buy 28% of Alquiler Seguro Asset Market | OneFootball

According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and former Barcelona player Sergio Busquets have joined the shareholder base of Alquiler Seguro Asset Market, acquiring a combined 28% of the affordable rental housing socimi.

Guardiola invested via his company 08022003 Limited, while Busquets did so through Buga Seler, where he is the sole director.

Each bought a 14.21% stake, valued at almost 1 million euros at current prices, with the company carrying a market value of 6.9 million euros.

They became shareholders through a 5 million euros capital increase approved in May 2025, which was formalised before a notary on 31 December.

Ventu Europe has also taken a 17% holding, while 52.63% remains with Alquiler Seguro via its president Antonio Carroza and Aurica Growth.
