Lazio made it three wins in a row with a 2-0 victory at Bologna, Kenneth Taylor netting a second-half brace after Edoardo Motta saved a penalty. The result lifted them above their hosts in Serie A.
According to The Laziali, Motta fouled to concede the spot kick but atoned by denying Riccardo Orsolini. Adam Marusic could not convert early openings, and Mario Gila’s outing ended on 25 minutes through injury.
Alessio Romagnoli marshalled Santiago Castro well, while Nuno Tavares mixed solid work with shaky moments. Fisayo Dele-Bashiru’s loose back-pass led to the penalty, though he had earlier threaded passes for Marusic. Patric, used as a makeshift regista, protected the back line.
Taylor blocked an Orsolini effort before the interval, then struck twice with his only two chances. Gustav Isaksen worked neat combinations and forced Federico Ravaglia into a save, while Daniel Maldini and Pedro struggled to impose themselves.
Oliver Provstgaard was assured after replacing Gila, and Tijjani Noslin featured in the build-up to Taylor’s goals. Boulaye Dia inadvertently sparked the opener with a blocked shot, then supplied a fine assist for the second. Matteo Cancellieri was lively but wasteful when put through.
