Liverpool lead the way but Manchester City can respond
Liverpool sit top of the Premier League table heading into the last international break of the year.
Arne Slot’s side reclaimed top spot from Manchester City last time out but the champions can put the pressure on the Reds this weekend.
Much of the focus on Saturday, however, will be towards the bottom of the table. West Ham are looking for a response when they host Everton at 3pm GMT, while Wolves entertain Southampton. Crystal Palace meet Fulham in a London derby before Man City travel to Brighton at 5.30pm.
Liverpool then round off the action on Saturday with an 8pm kick-off at home to Aston Villa.
Sunday then sees Ruud van Nistelrooy take interim charge of Manchester United for the final time before Ruben Amorim arrives when they host Leicester at 2pm, while Tottenham host Ipswich at the same time.
The headline fixture of the weekend, however, comes at 4.30pm on Sunday when Chelsea host Arsenal.
