Preview: Sampdoria vs Juventus Women

The Juventus Women's First Team face their second game this week after having played on Monday evening as they travel to take on Sampdoria in Liguria on Matchday 5 of this Serie A season. Kick-off is set for 18:00 CEST on Saturday, 5 October.

The Bianconere remain unbeaten in Serie A with maximum points after four games, and their impressive 4-0 win at home to Fiorentina last time out has them sitting alone at the top of the table.

Samp, for their part, managed a 1-1 draw against Como Women last weekend, and sit on two points so far, having also drawn with Lazio.

Head-to-head

Having lost their first five Serie A fixtures against Sampdoria, the Bianconere did fall to defeat last time they met the Blucerchiate, with Asia Bragonzi (then on loan from Juventus and now back with the Bianconere) scoring the game's only goal on 16 December, 2023.
