Prosecutor ‘to seek’ search and seizure at Corinthians for fifth-floor CCTV | OneFootball

São Paulo prosecutor Cássio Conserino may seek search and seizure at Parque São Jorge to secure fifth-floor CCTV, including the president’s office. According to ge.globo, this is tied to a probe into possible contact by ex-president Andrés Sanchez that could breach a court order.

Council president Romeu Tuma Júnior has paused internal inquiries into alleged corporate card misuse by Andrés, Duílio Monteiro Alves and Augusto Melo, citing risk of defying court rulings. He also criticised president Osmar Stabile for not informing the Council about Andrés’s restrictions, and noted a four February dispatch sought fifth-floor images, though Andrés testified on one December 2025 on the third floor.

Conserino requested the contacts of councillor André Negão and secretary-general Antônio Jorge Rachid Júnior, plus public surveillance footage, to verify an alleged meeting between Andrés and André Negão in Vila Olímpia on four February and a phone call with Rachid the day before.

Since 11 December 2025, a court has barred Andrés from contacting witnesses and club officials amid a criminal case over alleged card misuse from 2018 to 2020. After being notified, Tuma suspended the processes.

On Monday night, Conserino issued a new dispatch reiterating the demand for images, arguing the suspension harms the club and reflects non-compliance. He said the ban was not in force on one December and again sought footage from 11, 12 and 13 December 2025, giving 72 hours to deliver recordings from the presidency reception and Osmar Stabile’s fifth-floor office, or face search and seizure with police support.
