According to Football Oranje, the Netherlands has a fresh wave of teenage talent, with their ranking of the top 30 Dutch wonderkids led by PSV playmaker Mohammed Ihattaren, AZ striker Myron Boadu and Ajax midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.

Ihattaren, 18, is already central to PSV and has nine assists and seven goals in 33 appearances this season. He has pledged for the Netherlands and received a first senior call-up before fixtures were postponed.

Boadu, 19, is among the Eredivisie’s leading scorers, struck on his Oranje debut and has attracted Barcelona’s interest. His athleticism and sharp finishing underpin AZ’s attack.

Gravenberch, 17, has stepped into Ajax’s first team after starring for Jong Ajax, his technique and physicality catching the eye. He still needs cleaner decision-making at Eredivisie pace.

Liverpool defender Ki-Jana Hoever, 18, is viewed as a major prospect, having made four senior appearances and earned strong praise from Jurgen Klopp. Training with Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold should aid his progress.

Bayern Munich forward Joshua Zirkzee, 18, scored decisive goals in his first two Bundesliga outings and has three goals and one assist in his opening five league games. A senior Netherlands role has been mooted if development continues.

Ajax’s Naci Unuvar, 16, netted on debut in the KNVB Cup against Spakenburg and has five assists in 10 Jong Ajax matches. He was a key figure as the Netherlands finished fourth at the U17 World Cup.

Other names include Jeremie Frimpong’s breakout at Celtic, Ian Maatsen’s rise at Chelsea and Mitchel Bakker’s early minutes at PSG. Ludovit Reis, Sontje Hansen, Xavi Simons and Brian Brobbey also feature, alongside centre-backs Xavier Mbuyamba and Jurrien Timber.
